The apology of the Pluralism Project

Today we finally received a reply from the Pluralism Project at Harvard University regarding our complaints about their entry on Hellenismos.

A research associate at the Pluralism Project contacted me. In her email, she apologized on behalf of her team for the late reply to our mails, as well as for the incorrect information about Hellenismos on their website.

She also informed me that they removed the entry on Hellenismos from their website for now and will consult with scholars in the field before “taking any further steps to edit.”

I have just tried to access their site on Hellenismos and I can confirm that they really took it down. For now.

I have naturally read her email very carefully and send her a reply.

In my email back to her, I accepted her apology and thanked her for removing the entry from their website, since this was our main request.

But I also have made it clear that we will continue following future developments in respect to the entry and, if deemed necessary, contact them again.

In the light of recent developments we consider this matter resolved. For now.
